Physical Therapist (PT)

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality clinical patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment programs, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer and progress therapeutic treatment programs as appropriate
  • Set and achieve functional rehabilitation goals for patients
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and daily charges
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain productivity standards and prioritize patient care effectively
  • Participate in continuing education and departmental in-services
  • Assist with training new employees, students, observers, and volunteers when required
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Follow departmental guidelines and daily operational procedures

Requirements

  • 0–6 months of related Physical Therapy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret professional and technical information
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Certifications & Licensure

  • Valid state Physical Therapy license or temporary authorization to practice Physical Therapy required
