Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We are currently seeking an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist for a VP of Outpatient Operations and Clinic Performance position.
The Vice President of Outpatient Operations & Clinic Performance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving clinic profitability, operational excellence, workforce stability, and leadership development across all outpatient locations. This role integrates strategic business leadership with people development to ensure sustainable growth, high-performing teams, and exceptional patient outcomes.
This leader is accountable for financial performance, staffing optimization, recruitment and retention strategies, employee engagement, and the development of future clinical and operational leaders. The position partners closely with executive leadership to scale the organization while maintaining a strong culture and clinical excellence.
Salary is exempt, commensurate on experience and a full benefit package is included.
