Work Environment
This role covers a sales territory in South Texas and is best suited for someone based in or near San Antonio or Houston. The position involves regular travel within the territory to visit physicians, therapists, healthcare facilities, and community organizations. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility to respond to changing customer needs and market conditions. The Clinical Territory Manager frequently delivers in-person presentations, in-services, and educational sessions, and may attend national and regional trade shows as requested. The work combines field-based activities with remote planning, reporting, and communication, using standard business technologies and tools to manage leads, track performance metrics, and execute territory business plans.
