    Description

    We have an immediate opening for qualified candidates to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist. Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, we are a multi-disciplinary outpatient facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Key Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
    • Current New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT), or actively pursuing licensure
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor
    • Knowledge of sports-related injuries and spinal conditions
    • New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior clinical experience is preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365; familiarity with practice management systems is a plus
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of responsibility and professionalism

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
    • Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician prescriptions
    • Design and implement treatment programs with measurable, patient-specific goals
    • Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each patient visit
    • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and therapeutic practices
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient outcomes

    Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
    Education Requirement: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent (Required)
