We have an immediate opening for qualified candidates to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist. Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, we are a multi-disciplinary outpatient facility committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT), or actively pursuing licensure
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sports-related injuries and spinal conditions
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior clinical experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365; familiarity with practice management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of responsibility and professionalism

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician prescriptions
- Design and implement treatment programs with measurable, patient-specific goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each patient visit
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and therapeutic practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient outcomes
