Physical Therapist - 25781

Qualifications:
Licensed rehabilitation care practitioners

Duties:
• Independently administers Physical Therapy and provides treatment services to individuals with more complicated therapy needs.
• Collaborate with Director of RMU, Nursing Director, FHSD and medical staff.
• Attend bi-weekly Care conference
This position is for day shift, 4 days per week, M-Th 8 hrs/day.
