We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team full time in Rockford IL. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to earn more while working in a lower-stress, patient-focused environment.
About the Role
Join a busy multidisciplinary clinic treating adult patients with acute and chronic pain. The patient population is primarily 60+, commonly presenting with:- Knee arthritis
- Spinal pain
- Balance and coordination issues (often neuropathy-related)
You’ll be part of a team-based care model, working alongside physicians and other providers. Many cases are co-managed allowing you to focus on outcomes, not just volume.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Collaborate with other providers on patient care
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy license to practice in IL
Schedule & Benefits- Monday–Friday schedule Early finish on Fridays (done by 1 PM)
