Schedule: Day Shift | 40 Hours Per Week
Shift Details: Monday – Thursday: 9-Hour Shifts | Friday: 4-Hour Shift
Job Summary
A leading outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Pelvic Health for a 13-week travel assignment with strong temp-to-perm potential. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health experience and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide independent pelvic health therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience within the last 3 years
- Strong pelvic health experience required
- Ability to work independently without mentorship
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience
- Pelvic floor dysfunction treatment experience
- Previous travel assignment experience
- EMR documentation experience
