Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient / Hospital
Location: Saratoga, Wyoming (Onsite)

Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions.
This role is primarily outpatient-focused, with occasional inpatient coverage, in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in outpatient or hospital settings
• Ability to treat diverse patient populations (all age groups)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Experience supervising PTAs or support staff
Work Environment
• Outpatient Rehabilitation Department
• Occasional inpatient coverage
• Onsite role in Saratoga, WY
• Rural Critical Access Hospital setting
