The Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments in an outpatient clinical setting.
This role focuses on delivering evidence-based rehabilitation, improving patient mobility, and ensuring high-quality patient care outcomes.
Must-Have Qualifications- Minimum 1–2+ years of Physical Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred)
- Valid Physical Therapist License – Arkansas (Required prior to start)
- BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation practices
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong patient engagement and communication skills
Work Environment- Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
- Onsite role in Batesville, AR

Additional Requirements- Must obtain Arkansas PT license before start (if not active)
- Must be flexible with schedule based on patient volume
- Ability to manage varied caseloads
