Position Details

  • Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, 8 hours, Monday to Friday

Position Highlights

  • Utilize an EMR system integrated with all healthcare providers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide medically prescribed services aimed at evaluating, treating, and restoring function while enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
  • Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation and functional enhancement.
  • Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educating patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery objectives.
  • Accurately documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • A valid state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification from AHA upon hire, with maintenance of certification required.
