Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract opportunity in Summerville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy programs as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and therapy standards

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS Certification required
• Previous clinical or travel experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
