Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract opportunity in Ringgold, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
