We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in a temporary assignment, with the option to provide services in-clinic (Glendale or Chandler) and/or remotely, based on your preference and availability.

AAC Program Growth
Our AAC program is expanding, and we welcome clinicians interested in collaborative care and innovative approaches that support overall communication and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to support functional outcomes
- Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants, if applicable
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and client progress
- Manage a caseload based on your availability (full-time or part-time options)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support a positive client experience
- Communicate client progress with families and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or compact license + AZ jurisprudence exam)
- Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Experience treating clients ages 0–30 preferred
- Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Working Conditions:
This role may include both clinic-based and remote service delivery and requires intermittent standing, lifting (at least 25 lbs), kneeling, and sitting. Clinicians may work with clients who have a range of physical, developmental, and/or behavioral needs.
