Physical Therapist

1. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments
2. Develop and implement individual treatment plans
3. Provide skilled hands-on outpatient physical therapy interventions
4. Educate patients on injury prevention, balance safety and home exercise programs
5. Efficiently maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes
6. Assist in building the clinic’s reputation in the community through clinical and professional excellence

Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required - 2+ years)
• Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (Required - 0-1 years)
• 2+ years of strong clinical skill experience (Required - 2+ years)
• Interest in treating balance/vestibular, orthopedic or pelvic health in a geriatric outpatient environment (Desired)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (Required - 0-1 years)
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset (Desired)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (Desired)

Education:

• PhD/Doctor s Degree - Physical Therapy (Desired)
• Master s Degree - Physical Therapy (Required)
• Bachelor s Degree - Physical Therapy (Required)
• High School Diploma (Required)
