Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 40 Hours
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an assignment at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA.
The Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment services to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, improving function, and supporting recovery. The role includes working with patients across acute care settings, including potential exposure to emergency department cases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques

Utilize appropriate modalities with understanding of indications/contraindications

Educate patients and families on recovery and home programs

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapist License
BLS Certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

Experience in fast-paced or ED-related environments

Scheduling & Assignment Details

Monday – Friday schedule

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts

Compliance Requirements
Candidates must complete:

Active PT license and BLS certification
