We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our thriving Orthopedic Private Practice in beautiful Palmdale, California.

Position Details:
- Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- Competitive Pay: $50 - $55 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- Orthopedic experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
