Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation per company and regulatory standards.
- Requires an active or soon-to-be Physical Therapist license.
