Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based, pediatric position in Lebanon, New Hampshire and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for PTs seeking school-based experience, pediatric therapy, and a flexible schedule.
We welcome new grads, experienced Physical Therapists, and retired PTs.
Job Details – Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Lebanon, NH / NH Upper Valley
- Position Type: W2 Employee Contract
- Schedule: Flexible schedule / Part-Time / 3 Days
- Pay: $45–$60 per hour (based on experience)
- Setting: School-based / Public schools (K–12)
Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities
- Provide school-based physical therapy to pediatric students (K–12)
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group sessions)
- Improve student mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, and teachers
- Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Qualifications – Physical Therapist (PT)
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
