Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
- Provide patient education to promote health and well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in outpatient physical therapy
- Knowledge of general medical principles relevant to physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Michigan
- Ability to develop and implement customized care plans
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Experience in a similar role or setting preferred
