Salary: $36.45 - $46 per hour

A bit about us:

We’re a patient-first rehabilitation team embedded in a collaborative healthcare environment where movement, function, and independence are the goal. Our clinicians work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to deliver thoughtful, outcomes-driven therapy that meets patients where they are, then helps them move forward with confidence.
If you thrive in a setting that values clinical reasoning, clear communication, and practical problem-solving, you’ll feel right at home here.

Why join us?

Because you want to practice PT the way it’s meant to be practiced with autonomy, strong clinical standards, and a team that trusts your judgment. This role is built for someone who takes ownership of the full therapy process: evaluating function, building a realistic plan, measuring progress, and adjusting treatment based on what the patient actually needs.
You’ll also be part of a culture where collaboration isn’t a buzzword; it’s how care happens. If you like being the kind of clinician other caregivers rely on for sharp assessments, clear recommendations, and steady follow-through, this is your lane.
