Position Summary: Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients requiring physical therapy. Deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care aligned with professional standards and state regulations. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 available for eligible external hires and rehires meeting specific criteria. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Completion of specialized coursework or training if required by the department. Successful Client (Client) background check required upon hire for applicable departments (PL540/PCC and PL580/BNC). Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery. Document patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans accurately and timely. Use evidence-based practices to promote safety, mobility, and functional improvement. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home care instructions. Maintain professional accountability and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
