Physical Therapist
We are growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Humble, TX is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join the team as the clinic officially launches. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new clinic environment with strong operational and marketing support already in place, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is based on experience, up to $95,000 annually, with a guaranteed full salary even while the clinic caseload is growing.
- Additional bonus opportunities will be available based on clinical and non-clinical KPIs once the clinic is fully established.
- 401(k) retirement provided after 1 year of service or 500 hours worked with 4% match
- Medical insurance (employer covers 50% of monthly premiums up to $300/month)
- 3 weeks (15 days) of Paid Vacation

Schedule Options
The clinic is open to both full-time and part-time candidates:
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM
- Flexible option available for four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)
- Part-Time: 3–4 days per week
The organization has already invested heavily into clinic infrastructure and support, including:
- Dedicated CCS for scheduling, insurance verification, and billing
- Professional marketing support for referral development, in-office marketing, advertising, and community outreach
- Owner present in clinic approximately 2 days per week
- EMR system: Prompt
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Clear and active Texas Physical Therapy license
- Comfortable in an outpatient setting
- Experience with orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, and balance therapy preferred, but mentorship and training opportunities are available
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for individualized patient care
