Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home HealthLocation: Adrian, MichiganService Line: Skilled Home HealthSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on patient visits)Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year plus $10,000 Sign-On BonusJob OverviewA growing home health organization is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join its Skilled Home Health team serving patients throughout Hillsdale, Lenawee, and Monroe counties in Michigan.In this role, the Physical Therapist will provide in-home therapy services focused on helping patients restore mobility, improve strength, and regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery.
