If we've checked all your boxes, this is the job for you.In this role, the Physical Therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary team providing assessments on a person's strengths and needs. Then develops, implements, and supervises programs to restore and/or maintain musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, or postural abilities. This practitioner provides consultation and instruction to the Day Habilitation employees to ensure proper techniques are carried out in the classroom and provides in-service training as appropriate. This role also involves timely and thorough maintenance of adaptive equipment working with vendors. As with any PT role, there are documentation requirements set by IPSIDD that must be completed at the time of service.The starting pay range for this position is $34.00 to $37.00.
