Responsibilities:
Presbyterian is seeking a passionate, community-minded Physical Therapist (PT) for our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Española, NM, where you will evaluate and treat diverse pediatric-to-geriatric patient populations across versatile inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Optimized for healthcare job seekers researching physical therapy careers in Northern New Mexico, this role requires high-level data interpretation and clinical expertise to design comprehensive care plans addressing both physical recovery and psychosocial well-being. As a dedicated clinical patient advocate, you will coordinate care with multidisciplinary medical teams, drive progressive discharge goals, utilize modern EMR software, and train local caregivers to optimize long-term patient independence. Candidates looking to join New Mexico's premier healthcare system must hold a New Mexico Physical Therapy License, possess basic computer skills, and be ready to champion self-determination in the beautiful Española valley.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
