Compensation: $58,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year

We are representing a premier manufacturer and e-commerce leader in the pediatric adaptive equipment industry. They are seeking a clinical expert to lead their Customer Consultation and Support team. In this role, you will be the clinical "brain" behind the operation, ensuring families across the country receive the exact equipment their children need to thrive.

The Role: Clinical Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Expert Consultation: Use your specialized knowledge to evaluate child measurements and intake forms, recommending precise adaptive seating, mobility, and positioning solutions.

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated 8–9 person support team, acting as the final point of escalation for complex clinical or technical product inquiries.

  • Manufacturer Liaison: Coordinate directly with manufacturing teams regarding product specifications, lead times, and custom solutions.

  • Empathetic Advocacy: Guide caregivers through the equipment selection journey via phone, email, and live chat with a "clinical first" approach.
