Qualifications:
  • Active Physical Therapy License
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Valid driver's license, insurance & reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
