Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K annually, based on experience, with full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Ready to join a physical therapy practice that values quality time with each patient? We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in our private outpatient clinic in Bonita Springs. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and determine functional limitations
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient
• Provide direct hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Complete accurate documentation of patient care and progress

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
