Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to injured, disabled, and recovering patients in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy services aligned with occupational medicine and rehabilitation best practices while ensuring compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercise, modalities, gait training, and hydrotherapy

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes

  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper use of assistive devices

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

  • Communicate patient progress, attendance, and estimated discharge timelines to appropriate stakeholders

  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations

  • Participate in professional development, training programs, and continuing education opportunities

  • Assist with clinical instruction of students as assigned

  • Protect confidential and sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within rehabilitation and quality management processes

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current and active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state (Nevada or Arizona)

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • New graduate to 5+ years of experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting

  • Experience with therapeutic modalities, exercise programs, and rehabilitation equipment

  • Strong patient communication, time management, and documentation skills

  • Demonstrated customer service mindset and professionalism
