Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Position Overview

A reputable outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Springfield, VA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment. This opportunity offers a stable full-time schedule and the chance to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
• Apply therapeutic modalities as directed by the supervising therapist
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately
• Educate patients on recovery techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment

Requirements

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
