Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: New Braunfels, Texas
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
• Day Shift – 8 Hour Shifts
• 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
• Potential to work up to 40 hours/week
• Overtime requires prior director approval
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in New Braunfels, TX. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced PTAs and new graduates looking to grow in a fast-paced outpatient therapy environment.

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to outpatient rehab patients
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and therapy goals
• Support safe and effective patient care in outpatient settings
• Assist with clinic operations and patient flow management
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant License required
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills required
• Ability to manage productivity expectations in a busy outpatient setting
