Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them improve mobility, confidence, and overall functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor resident performance and communicate progress, concerns, or changes in status to the PT
• Support individualized rehabilitation plans designed to improve functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
