Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, increase strength, and regain confidence through personalized therapy care.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of the supervising PT
- Assist residents with mobility training, balance activities, therapeutic exercises, and transfer techniques
- Support rehabilitation goals focused on safety, endurance, and functional independence
- Observe resident progress and communicate updates with the rehab team
- Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
