Amherst Meadows Care Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We are specifically seeking a clinician interested in providing consistent weekend coverage and vacation coverage in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.

Qualifications
- Current Ohio PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
Technology
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
