Physical Therapist Assistant PTA Home Health - $3,000 Sign On

Job Description:

• Provide hands-on physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Follow individualized care plans to support patient goals and progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safe use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care that promotes independence and safety at home.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• 6+ months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
• Must be able and willing to travel 50% within the coverage area.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
