Pay Rate: $27.83 – $29.66/hr
Estimated Annual Salary:$57,886 – $61,693/year
Provide physical therapy treatment services under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while maintaining accurate documentation and treatment records.
Active PTA License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong patient care and documentation skills
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License – Required
Associate Degree from an Accredited PTA Program – Required
BLS/CPR Certification – Preferred
