  • $40 – $45/hour (Full-Time)

  • PRN rate up to $52/hour

Schedule

• Full-Time and PRN options available

• Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under PT supervision

• Support mobility, rehab, and ADLs for SNF patients

• Track progress and report to PT

• Complete timely, accurate documentation

• Ensure safe, compliant patient care

Requirements

• Associate degree from accredited PTA program

• Active California PTA license (required)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
