Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Colorado Springs, CA
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year

Summary
This PTA position offers a consistent weekday schedule in an outpatient setting where quality care and clinical teamwork are priorities. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist to deliver treatment plans, guide patients through rehab sessions, and document progress clearly to support continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT-directed treatment plans during scheduled sessions
• Coach safe technique for strengthening, balance, and mobility work
• Set up and assist with therapeutic modalities as ordered
• Track outcomes and share session notes and observations with the PT
• Help patients understand their plan and home exercises in plain language
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
• Support daily clinic flow (room readiness, equipment upkeep, safety checks)

Requirements

• PTA degree from an accredited program
• Colorado PTA license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems
• Strong patient communication and professionalism
