Bilingual Physical Therapist Assistant
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000+ per year
The Summit Physical Therapy is seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who is bilingual in English and Spanish. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position and is essential to supporting clear communication and an exceptional experience for our Spanish-speaking patients and families.
Applicants who do not currently hold a California PTA license are encouraged to apply for our Bilingual Physical Therapy Aide position.

Much of your day will involve working directly with patients who are beginning a new health journey. You will guide, encourage, and progress patients toward their goals while collaborating closely with our physical therapists and support team.
The RoleAs a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Summit, you will provide skilled treatment for patients with orthopedic, movement, and balance-related conditions under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
Your responsibilities will include implementing individualized plans of care, progressing exercises and functional activities, educating patients, communicating changes in patient status, and helping patients move confidently toward their goals.
You will also have opportunities to contribute to patient education, clinical programs, team development, and the training of future clinicians.
Clinical TrainingThe Summit is committed to developing highly skilled and confident clinicians.
Team members participate in weekly continuing education, with dedicated training focused on mastering current Clinical Practice Guidelines, evidence-based treatment techniques, and clinical decision-making.
