We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to be part of a collaborative team focused on non-surgical, evidence-based rehabilitation and regenerative care.  
 
What You’ll Do:  


As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists, Physicians, and Regenerative Medicine Providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Treat patients under the direction and coordination of a Physical Therapist and Physician  
  • Assist with rehabilitation plans following regenerative procedures (PRP, prolotherapy, shockwave therapy, etc.)  
  • Educate patients on their injuries, regenerative treatment plans, and functional progress  
  • Support patient evaluations and determine potential benefit from physical therapy programs  
  • Plan and administer individualized treatment programs with strong emphasis on manual therapy, mobility, and functional restoration  
  • Monitor patient response and progress, modifying treatment plans as needed  
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily progress notes and charges  
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clinical providers, and administrative staff  
  • Supervise assistive personnel to ensure safe and efficient care delivery  
  • Ensure all services meet legal, ethical, and clinic standards  
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and disinfected treatment environment  
  • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and internal controls  
  
Qualifications:  


Required:  
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan  
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program  
Preferred:  
  • 1–3+ years of outpatient PTA experience  
  • Experience or strong interest in regenerative medicine, sports medicine, or interventional pain  
  • CPR Certification  
  • Strong manual therapy and functional rehab skills  
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills  
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced clinical environments  
  • Comfortable using EMR systems and clinical technology  
 
Schedule:  
  • Part-Time with potential transition to Full-Time (Monday–Friday)  
  • No nights, no weekends
