Reports To: Clinical Manager/Physical Therapist

Job Type: PRN

About the Role:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who will provide physical therapy treatments to home care clients under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

Must to Have:

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of employment.
Graduate of a Physical Therapy assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements with a good driving record.
