Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics and movement-based rehab
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
What you'll do
- Deliver one-on-one outpatient physical therapy under the direction of a PT
- Assist with orthopedic rehab, post-surgical care, balance/fall prevention, and strengthening
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their plan of care
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team
- Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives (as interested)
