Position Hiring:

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Healthcare PRN that can be Part time to full time or as much as you want to take on.

Location:

Davis County/North Salt lake up to North Ogden

Job Type:

Will start as PRN and can work up to full-time or as much as wanted

Pay:

Therapist is paid per visit as 1099 contractor, this will require you to have your own liability insurance and workers compensation waiver, LLC isn’t needed but preferred

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

This position offers the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing tailored care and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities:

    •    Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the patient’s care plan under the direction of the Physical Therapist

    •    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to promote recovery

    •    Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

    •    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    •    Travel to patient homes within the designated service area

Qualifications:

    •    Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

    •    CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

    •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    •    Previous home health experience preferred, but not required

    •    Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    •    A compassionate and professional demeanor
