As a Part-Time Physical Therapist in our Adult Service Day Habilitation Center, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance adults independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.Your Role:• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support individuals progress.• Design and implement functional activities that address individuals' occupational therapy needs.• Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.• Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Program Directors, Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.What You Need:
Graduate of an approved program in physical therapyValid and current license as an PT in MassachusettsDemonstrated commitment to student progressAbility to multi-task and take initiative of multi-taskingFinds enjoyment working with a multi-disciplinary team
