Job Title: Physical Therapist – Acute Care

08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week acute care assignment at a leading short-term acute care facility in Lubbock, Texas. This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment where therapists provide individualized patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide acute care therapy services focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and recovery plans
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements
Requirements:
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care Physical Therapy experience required
