Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and mobility limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional mobility training
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Productivity Expectations
Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
Average patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Requirements
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
Strong communication and patient care skills required
