Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on personalized, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehab.
Salary:
$85,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Salary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Design and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced clinical team
Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
Utilize a modern EMR system for documentation and compliance
Follow all federal, state, and insurance regulations
Services Provided:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative rehab
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Acute and chronic condition management
Specialty practice services
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
