    Join Our Team of Experts in Rehabilitation! 

    Total Extended Care Services, a growing Physical Medicine and Rehab group is looking for a dedicated Physiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our team of APP's in the sub-acute rehab setting. This position is perfect for those passionate about improving patient outcomes and working within an interdisciplinary, specialized team.

    About the Role: 

    Schedule: Flexible

    Culture: Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, stable, people-oriented, and team-oriented 

    Responsibilities: Anticipated but not limited to: Partner with the facility's therapy department to provide the best possible rehab care. Communication and collaboration with the patient's primary care team to ensure the best outcomes. Timely charting/documentation is required but can be done from home.  Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are providing PM & R services in a sub-acute setting. Audit documentation to ensure it meets company standards.

    Requirements: 

    Licensed MD/DO (Required) 

    PM &R Board Certified (Preferred) 

    Must be licensed in OH 

    Reliable transportation
