A Day in the Life

At our Houston, TX facility, you help clean energy move. Whether you choose days (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) or nights (8:00 PM–8:00 AM), you start your shift by reviewing inbound solar panel deliveries, checking quality and counts, and updating inventory. As orders come in, you stage, package, and load panels with care—operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely—so installers and customers get what they need, on time. Throughout the day, you keep aisles clear, racks organized, and data accurate. When inventory audits pop up, you’re ready, and when a teammate needs a hand, you jump in.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound solar panel shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Store and organize panels properly to maintain product integrity and traceability.
• Pick, prepare, and package outbound orders for customers and installation sites.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with scheduled inventory counts and audits; update inventory systems.
• Collaborate with the team to meet fulfillment timelines and delivery goals.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and equipment use (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Compensation & Schedule

• Day Shift (8:00 AM–8:00 PM): $15.00/hour
• Night Shift (8:00 PM–8:00 AM): $15.75/hour
• Pay growth: After successfully completing 30 days of training, employees receive a $2.00/hour increase.
