Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing empathetic and patient service to individuals requesting records via phone, email, or in person.
- Accurately search, update, and retrieve patient data within the Arizona State Immunization Information System (ASIIS registry).
- Review, verify, and issue immunization records while ensuring adherence to Arizona regulations and privacy standards.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of requests and handle complex inquiries independently.
- Manage the receipt, sorting, and delivery of incoming mail and packages.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or public health setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace, with a focus on email management.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated empathy and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume requests efficiently.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in managing office equipment and handling confidential records with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for managing PDF documents.
Preferences
- Experience with the Arizona State Immunization Information System (ASIIS).
- Proven customer service experience with a polished and professional demeanor.
